BroGuard Premier provides a 20-YEAR PERFORMANCE WARRANTY, which guarantees that BroGuard Premier will keep the interior of your gutters from clogging if installed to our factory specifications, and we substantiate this with a money back guarantee. BroGuard will, at its sole discretion, either replace any failing area of the BroGuard Premier system with a new or reconditioned insert that returns the guard to its original operational standard; or refund you 100% of the BroGuard Premier product material cost. Labor and/or installer shipping costs not included.
BroGuard provides a LIFETIME MATERIAL DEFECTS WARRANTY for BroGuard Premier. All products will be free from factory material defects that occur during the manufacturing process. If a product is found to have a manufacturer defect, BroGuard will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no charge. We guarantee that the finished product will not chip, bubble or flake under normal conditions of wear. Our warranty is limited to the terms, exclusions, limitations, requirements and legal rights stated within this warranty.
In the event you sell your home, the balance of the warranty will transfer to the new owner. Change of Ownership forms can be obtained by contacting our corporate headquarters.
The above-mentioned warranties are void if any of the following apply:
- Damage caused to product from any outside force, natural or accidental
- Performance failures due to improper installation
- Damage during installation
- Natural wear caused by weather or other unique environmental conditions
- Damage caused by chemicals
- Improper use of product other than that intended by manufacturer
- Removal of product
- Contact with dissimilar materials
- Insert clogging due to unnatural occurrences, including but not limited to, tampering with or introducing a foreign element to the mesh, such as paint, caulk, adhesive, etc
Questions Charleston homeowners ask about the warranty
No. Damage to the product from an outside force, natural or accidental, is excluded, and that includes wind and falling limbs in a hurricane or tropical storm. What the warranty does cover is the material for life against defects and the performance for twenty years against clogging. Clear, working gutters matter most when a tropical system or summer storm is pushing heavy rain off a Charleston roof, and that is the job BroGuard is guaranteed to do.
That depends on how it is installed. When BroGuard goes on with a new seamless gutter system from The Brothers That Just Do Gutters Charleston, the whole system is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. When it is added to gutters already on your home, you get BroGuard’s twenty year performance guarantee against clogging and its lifetime warranty against material defects.
BroGuard guarantees that BroGuard Premier will keep the inside of your gutters from clogging, as long as it was installed to factory specifications. If an area fails, BroGuard will either replace that section with a new or reconditioned insert or refund 100 percent of the BroGuard Premier material cost, at its discretion. Labor and installer shipping costs are not included. It guarantees the product performs; it is not a cleaning plan.
Under normal conditions of wear, yes. BroGuard guarantees the finished product will not chip, bubble or flake, and that promise sits inside the lifetime material defects warranty. Keep in mind the exclusions: natural wear caused by weather or other unique environmental conditions is not covered, so ask your Solutionist about your exposure if your home sits right on the marsh or the beach.

Ordinary debris is exactly what the performance warranty is about: BroGuard Premier is guaranteed to keep the interior of the gutter from clogging for twenty years when installed to factory specifications. In Charleston that means pine straw, live oak leaves, oak catkins, sweetgum balls and spring pine pollen staying on top of the mesh instead of in the trough. What is not covered is clogging from unnatural causes, such as paint, caulk or adhesive getting into the mesh.
The warranty is void for damage from any outside force, natural or accidental; performance failures from improper installation; damage during installation; natural wear from weather or unique environmental conditions; chemical damage; use other than the manufacturer intended; removal of the product; contact with dissimilar materials; and clogging from tampering or foreign material in the mesh, such as paint, caulk or adhesive. That last one usually comes up when a house gets repainted.
Yes. The remaining balance of the warranty transfers to the new owner, and Change of Ownership forms come from BroGuard’s corporate headquarters.
